They now have turned the room in their basement into grand-kid heaven. Between the hoop, blocks, cars, trains & puzzles Jackson was loving life.
I really wish I had taken more pictures during the week but we had lots of fun going to the temple lights, visiting family & wondering where all the snow was!
The three pregnant ladies! Jamie due the end of March with a girl, me due April with a girl and Kristi due in May with a boy!
We're excited to have cousins so close together and also really glad that Kristi is having a boy! There hasn't been a boy born in her husband's family in years and now there will be a boy cousin for Jackson to play with - there will be 4 girls and 2 boys now.
Jackson had so much fun at the BYU Basketball game. He learned the word "hoop" while we were in Arizona and now it is probably one of his top 10 most frequently used words. He recognizes any little picture of a hoop and loves pointing out all the driveway hoops as we drive drive past houses in the neighborhood. So needless to say he was loving life at the game.
He sat with Grandpa and Daddy the whole time and cheered at all the right moments. This kid is go go go all the time so it was really great to see him sit still and watch a game.
After a week spent in Provo, we all headed up to stay in cabin together for New Years' Weekend! The Swapps let us use their place up in Midway and it was great to be together for a few days. The only problem was poor Ashley threw out her back and couldn't make the drive down from Logan. Luckily we were able to see her & Scott for Christmas but we really missed them!
Should I have taken a picture of the whole group together in front of the cabin? Probably yes, but this was more of the trend of the weekend - lots of Mario Kart & Game Playing with the competitive siblings :-)
The trip wouldn't have been complete without a "train stop" for Jackson so we all ate at the Dairy Keen on New Years Eve.
He loved the trains that went around the restaurant and we all enjoyed good classic burgers, fries & shakes.

After the babies went to bed we had a fun time celebrating the new year together. Jackson loves being with family so much and loved being reunited with his cousin Avery. He followed her around and always wanted to play with her. I'm not so sure she was as thrilled to have the aggressive cousin on her tail all week. But he loved giving her kisses and was always very concerned when she "uh oh - cry"ed as he liked to say over and over :-)
